Eight students are preparing a live Halloween radio special. Their first rehearsal is rushed and confusing: an opening runs together, a long announcement breaks down, a story voice sounds flat, another reader overacts, and the thunder cue comes too early. Instead of simply reading faster, the team tests pauses, emphasis, rate, projection, expression, and timing until the broadcast is ready to go live.

Text Summary
