This script includes just one short act, here is the summary:

The story unfolds on Thanksgiving Day in Union Square Park, where Stuffy Pete, a homeless man, sits on his customary bench—a tradition he has maintained for nine years. Earlier that day, he was unexpectedly invited by two elderly ladies to a lavish Thanksgiving feast, leaving him overly full. Despite his discomfort, Stuffy feels compelled to stay on the bench because he knows the Old Gentleman will arrive, as he does every year, to take him out for another meal. The Old Gentleman, seeking to uphold his own tradition and perhaps create a lasting legacy, insists on treating Stuffy to dinner. Unable to refuse without disappointing him, Stuffy endures a second enormous meal. After they part ways, Stuffy collapses from overeating and is taken to the hospital. Ironically, the Old Gentleman also ends up at the hospital shortly after, having not eaten for three days. The story highlights the unintended consequences of rigidly following traditions without communication or consideration of actual needs.
